Any delivery of a product that is not core or critical to university operations is discouraged at this time. Non-critical products received on campus will be stored until such time than an on-campus delivery can occur. Critical and core goods coming to campus must be labelled.

For suppliers, couriers, and service providers:

Effective April 1, all suppliers, couriers, and services provider may deliver goods, without prior approval, to the locations indicated below. Only product specifically consigned for these units will be accepted.  These locations are:

  • VIDO-Intervac, Shipping and Receiving
  • Western College of Veterinary Medicine, Shipping and Receiving
  • College of Agriculture and Bioresources, Shipping and Receiving
  • The Central Heating and Cooling Plant, Shipping and Receiving
  • Chemistry Stores, Shipping and Receiving
  • Dentistry Stores, Shipping and Receiving 
  • Health Sciences Supply Centre, Shipping and Receiving

Orders on a Facilities PO (starts with FM) may be delivered, without prior approval to:

  •  Facilities Warehouse, Shipping and Receiving.

All packages destined for other locations on campus are to be dropped off at the Facilities Stores loading dock, USB Building, 110 Maintenance Road and final delivery will be completed by USask personnel.

Suppliers, couriers, and service providers providing service to non-university entities such as the Sylvia Fedoruk Centre, the Canadian Light Source, etc. are to make independent arrangements with these organizations for delivery.

Language center
The USask Language Centre will offer the English for Academic Purposes program both in-person (when permitted) and online for the 2022 Winter Term (September-December), and part-time classes will continue to be delivered online only.
Learning Hub
Aademic help and learning support are all online including workshops, writing and math tutoring, Structured Study Sessions, Learning Communities, and appointment-based help.
The Education and Music, Law, Science, Murray, and Leslie and Irene Dubé Health Sciences libraries are  open for most in-person library services, including access to library stacks and study spaces. The Shannon Library at St. Thomas More College is open.
Louis' Loft
Louis’ Loft is open. You can order online for pick up or you can dine in.


Mail deliveries are received at the University Services Building, then delivered to the campus address on the envelope/package. Effective October 4, 2021, mail will be delivered to the campus community on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Marquis Culinary Centre
Fully open. View hours and menus. Marquis Culinary Centre requires all guests to provide proof of vaccination and ID or a negative SHA approved COVID-19 test result and ID to enter. Mobile Ordering is also still available for pickup/takeaway Monday through Friday 11:30 am – 2 pm.

If you already email your invoice to USask, continue to use the same email address and process as you currently use.

If you typically mail invoices to USask, please contact to setup electronic invoice reciept.
